In this animated video, an experienced teacher and a new hire tour a metaphorical amusement park while she explains the roles of the managers, employees, and customers. Parallels are made between the operation of the park and the various players involved in the management and execution of member health and dental benefits.

BACKGROUND

The Trust was facing brand recognition challenges. Approximately 7 out of 10 members did not recognize the brand and had a poor understanding of the organization’s role in relation to their employee benefits. We designed a playful video explaining the healthcare and dental benefits landscape and the various players within it.
