I took a training course offered by Roxanne with the goal of being more efficient and to convey my messages well during media interviews. Often, after a media interview, I was disappointed because I missed the opportunity to highlight the points I considered most important, or because I didn’t express myself clearly enough, was put on the spot, or I was disappointed that the reporter didn’t ask me “the right question” so that I could get my point across, etc… Well, this training not only allowed me to communicate my messages better, but to design them clearly even before doing the interview. I came out of it with really practical tools that I have already successfully used during my recent election campaign. I learnt a lot during this training on different aspects of communication and I feel much more in control and confident during interviews. I strongly recommend this training to anyone who is in contact with the media or who acts as a spokesperson. Thank you Roxanne!
